Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and the correct shipping address for our studio.
Pack and Ship
Safely pack the unused items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at your local carrier.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
